Aguardiente de orujo obtained from the artisanal distillation of the best bagasse from the winery in traditional copper stills.
The heart of the extracted eau-de-vie is macerated with a proprietary selection of herbs and aromatic seeds. The elegance and balance of the distillate are achieved by slightly lowering the natural alcohol and sweetening slightly.
