La Baskula Restaurant
La Baskula restaurant, Macarfi's gastronomic guide, is a new concept that fuses Mediterranean and Basque cuisine. Local located just 50 meters from the beach. An ideal place to pair our wines in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.
Gotzon Restaurant
Founded in 1968 and facing the beach of Bakio, Gotzon restaurant, awarded with a Sol Repsol, respects the tradition of Basque cuisine with quality products and local suppliers.

Visits can be scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sunday closed.

General terms and conditions
- Reservations must be requested in writing or by telephone at least one week in advance of the planned visit date.
- For firm reservations, it will be necessary to send proof of full prepayment of the visit, up to three days in advance, to bixitak@donienegorrondona.com. Failure to receive such proof will not guarantee the availability of the date.
- Modifications are allowed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the visit and will be applicable depending on the winery’s agenda and the type of reservation. No changes may be made outside this period.
- Cancellation may be requested in writing or by telephone at least 48 hours in advance. In case of no-show or cancellation after the stipulated deadline, no refunds will be made.
- Check with the winery for the UMAMI and BAPO visit conditions.
