Aguardiente de orujo obtained from the artisanal distillation of the best bagasse from the winery in traditional copper stills.
The heart of the extracted eau-de-vie is macerated with a proprietary selection of algae, microalgae and coastal herbs. The result is a saline eau-de-vie that inexorably evokes the cliffs of our coast.
