Spirits

The life-cycle of the grape is closed by using its skin to obtain different spirits.

Traditional copper stills

We produce spirits from the grape skins using traditional copper stills.

Slow distillation

In the distillation process we extract the alcohol and aromatic components very slowly.

Essential oils

Although the yield is very low, the heart of the distillate contains a high concentration of essential oils that give rise to an excellent spirit.

Cycle of the vine

We close the vine cycle by composting the bagasse on the vineyard.
