Straw yellow color with green iridescence. Subtle and complex varietal aroma. Herbal character (fennel and thyme), citrus aromas and mineral tones. Crisp, fresh, glyceric and ample. Good body with a bitter and persistent finish.
It gains in roundness and elegance with time in bottle. This wine has several published reviews (Wine Advocate, Decanter, Spanish Wine Lovers, The Wines from Northern Spain, Peñin, etc.) and is a reference of the winery and the area.
