Hondarrabi beltza 100%.
Vineyards: Aldape, Bakio, Bizkaia. D.O.Bizkaiko Txakolina. Euskadi.
Medium ruby color. Wild aromas: wet earth, dry orchard, dry grass, reminiscent of red fruit and plum. Good acidity and volume on the palate with nettle and dried herbs. The ripe tannin gives way to a final mouthfeel of chocolate and ink, while still being a fresh wine.
May contain natural precipitates.
