Vineyards: Artatxu, Torrezar, Iturriaga and Irimingorrieta.
Straw yellow color with green iridescence. Subtle and complex varietal aroma. Herbal character (fennel and thyme), citrus aromas and mineral tones. Crisp, fresh, glyceric and ample. Good body with a bitter and persistent finish.
It gains roundness and elegance with time in bottle.
