Hondarrabi zuri 70-80% , Munemahatsa 20-30%.

Artatxu vineyards, Bakio.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Elegant and subtle wine. It shows the freshness of its provenance, variety and soils. Hints of green apple, fennel and aromas from bottle fermentation such as hazelnut, walnut and brioche. Easy to drink wine, with soft and fine bubbles. Apple and citrus. Nuts such as hazelnut and light notes of brioche and cookie. Creaminess and persistence in the mouth. Balanced acidity.
